Does laser tattoo removal effect freckles?

I was wondering in the meanwhile – does laser tattoo removal effect freckles? I have many freckles, and I’m hoping that it will not.

Good question. Yes, the laser treatment will likely affect your freckles. The laser has to penetrate most of your layers of skin, and freckles sit in the first few layers of skin, so the laser has to go through the freckles to get at the ink beneath.
Good news though – freckles have been known to grow back over scars and whatnot. They might grow back after laser treatment.
