What can happen to your lymphatic system system from laser tattoo removal? ?

I am wondering if it can cause cancer or anything else? Is it bad to get more than one tattoo removed at a time and how long will your body take to flush it out of your lymphatic system, and will one feel sick or weak in between tattoo removal sessions as their body is working super hard to heal? Also how long should people really wait in-between removal sessions? weeks or months?

There are also other concerns linked to the liver and other organs in your body. My suggestion would be to not remove the tattoos.
